At Statura.in (Blue Ridge Trade LLP), we strive to deliver high-quality professional services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for services purchased through our website or directly with our team.
1. General Refund Principles
All service fees quoted and accepted through a Proforma Invoice (PI) or direct engagement are subject to this Refund Policy. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Government filing fees โ once submitted to MCA, GSTN, Income Tax, Trademark Registry, or any other authority
- Statutory charges โ stamp duty, ROC fees, court fees, or any government-mandated payments
- Third-party costs โ DSC charges, notary fees, courier charges, or other out-of-pocket expenses incurred on your behalf
- Completed services โ professional fees for work that has been fully delivered
3. Eligible Refunds

| Work not yet commenced โ request after 48 hours but within 7 days | 75% of professional fees |
| Work partially commenced (e.g., documents collected, forms drafted) | Up to 50% at our discretion based on work completed |
| Work fully in progress (filed, submitted, or under government review) | No refund on professional fees |
| Service delay solely attributable to us (not government or client) | Full refund of professional fees |
4. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Delays caused by government portals, authority processing times, or regulatory backlogs
- Rejection by government authorities due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client
- Client failure to provide required documents, information, or approvals in a timely manner
- Change of mind after work has commenced
- Dissatisfaction with government authority decisions (e.g., trademark objections, GST notices)
5. Payment Gateway Charges
Payment gateway transaction charges (typically 2โ3%) are non-refundable as they are levied by the payment processor and not retained by us.
6. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:
- Email us at hello@statura.in with subject line: Refund Request โ [Your Name / Invoice Number]
- Include your invoice number, payment date, amount paid, and reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7โ10 business days to the original payment method
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your refund request, please escalate to hello@statura.in with the subject line Refund Dispute. We are committed to resolving all concerns fairly and promptly.
