These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website statura.in and the professional services provided by Blue Ridge Trade LLP ("Statura.in", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Offered
Statura.in provides professional business and compliance services including but not limited to:
- GST registration, filing, and compliance
- Income Tax return filing and notices
- Company incorporation, ROC compliance, and amendments
- Trademark registration and IP services
- FSSAI, MSME, IEC, and other licence registrations
- Accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll
- Import-Export documentation and customs advisory
2. Engagement and Fees
- Service fees are quoted upfront via a Proforma Invoice (PI) before work commences.
- An advance may be required before filing or processing begins, as specified in the PI.
- Final payment is due upon completion of the service or as mutually agreed.
- All fees are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- Government fees, filing charges, and third-party costs are additional and will be communicated in advance.
3. Payment Terms
- Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or online payment gateway.
- Invoices are issued in INR. All transactions are subject to applicable Indian taxes.
- Payments once made are non-refundable except as described in Section 5 (Refunds).
4. Client Obligations
To enable us to deliver services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents as requested
- Promptly respond to communications from our team
- Ensure all information provided is truthful and legally compliant
- Not misuse our services for any unlawful purpose
5. Refund Policy
- Government fees and statutory charges are non-refundable once submitted.
- Professional fees may be partially refunded if we have not commenced work on your matter, subject to a processing fee of 10%.
- No refund will be provided where work is in progress or completed, or where delays are caused by the client's failure to provide required information.
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment by emailing hello@statura.in.
6. Timelines and Delivery
Estimated timelines are indicative only. Actual timelines depend on government processing, document availability, and regulatory workload. We are not liable for delays caused by government portals, third parties, or incomplete client submissions.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Information is shared with government authorities or third parties only to the extent necessary to deliver the agreed service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the professional fees paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from errors in information provided by the client.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on statura.in including text, graphics, and tools is the property of Blue Ridge Trade LLP and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
