Mandatory Label Declarations

• Name of the product and its purpose.
• Net quantity in metric units.
• Maximum Retail Price (MRP) inclusive of all taxes.
• Name and address of the importer in India.
• Country of origin (Made in Korea).
• Manufacturing and import/expiry details.
• Full list of ingredients for packs above a certain size.
• Batch number and directions for use / warnings.

Language & Placement

Declarations must be legible and in English or Hindi. Where the Korean packaging lacks required details, a compliant sticker label can be applied before sale — but it must be firmly affixed and not cover key information.
