Plastic Waste EPR Registration: A Compliance Guide for Brands & Importers

Who must register

Any brand owner, importer or producer using plastic packaging must register on the CPCB EPR portal and file annual returns. This catches most FMCG, cosmetics, food and e-commerce brands.
